How would you define delinquency? How does delinquency relate to a status of offenses? How can we improve the delinquency rate?

Here is the guidelines for the entire project.
• Compare the differences and similarities of a juvenile court and an adult court? What would happen if the two court systems (juvenile and adult) became one?
• What is an example of a variable to juvenile crime rates? What correlating factors contribute to rising rates of juvenile crime? Is there a better solution to reducing juvenile crime? Explain.
• What is cyber crime? How has cyber crime contributed to the overall rise in crime rates over the last 10 years? What recommendations would you make to combat cyber crime and crimes associated with cyber crime and hackers?
