ASSIGNMENT: Compare the current staffing ratios used at the facility in which you work or do clinical practicums with those shown in Display 17.2. How do they compare? Is there an effort to legislate minimum staffing ratios in the state in which you live? Who or what would you anticipate to be the greatest barrier to implementation of staffing ratios in your state?
