Compare and contrast two works of art-one Neoclassical and one Romantic in style. Explore the subject matter and stylistic characteristics of each. How is the respective style evident? Consider aspects of form such as line and light/dark. Also, how is the subject matter relevant to the period in which it was created? Which do you prefer, and why?
