Assignment:
For the Second Writing Assignment you write a compare/ contrast of the character Paulina in "Angel at the Grave", and Ruth in "The Walking Woman" and how these characters both represent the struggle of women and feminism. You should also include one outside source/ research for this assignment. This source should support the investigation into the development of the woman writer. To help you should look at research regarding the women authors at the time of the short stories, critical essays about the short stories, or articles about feminist writers at the time.
Remember to cite any sources that you use. Your analysis should be at least 1000 words, be formatted in MLA format including citations and a works cited.
