Write Literature Review
The impact of organizational changes in HR polices on Employees satisfaction.
Requirement : You will review literature to compare and contrast various theories and their applications to the identified industry challenge.
This project requires students to research appropriate journals, books, internet publicationsetc., and find relevant to their research topic literature.
You should select at least 10 general references for their research, and write an abstract/ overview for each of them.
At least 3 of the above references should be from Journals.
Each abstract should be 250 - 275 words and should explain why students have selected it. The Literature Review provides the background for the research problem and illustrates that the students/researchers are knowledgeable about the scope of the theory and its relevance to their research paper.
Your literature review section provides the readers with a background to your study.
It will contain three basic elements: an introduction or background information section; the body of the review containing the discussion of sources; and, finally, a conclusion and/or recommendations section to end the paper.
Everything in the literature review is from the secondary research you conduct.
All of the materials must be referenced as per APA guidelines. Word Limit: Literature Review of at least 10 References in at least 2,000 - 3,000 words.
