Assignment
As with all assignments, you must write them in MICROSOFT WORD and upload them as .DOC or .DOCX documents only. Any other file format or word processor is not acceptable. This assignment is a multiple page essay, but it should be a minimum of two pages.
Spell/grammar check your documents as that counts....however...
Proofread your work to make sure the proper words are used to convey your thoughts. This was discussed in Filak Chapter 3.
Look at a story on a website that is associated with a television station and locate a story that is done in both text and video formats.
Compare and contrast the ways in which these stories are done.
Did the writer rework the story to accentuate the values of each medium or did the script just become "shovelware" online?
What are some things that could be done better in each version to improve the overall storytelling?
