Assignment
Compare and contrast the various theoretical approaches (chaos, complexity, autopoiesis, dialectical change, and so on) discussed in the unit readings, or from scholarly authors, journals or books. Analyze how these various approaches can strengthen or weaken the culture of an organization, both national and global. Evaluate how functional units can develop their culture through the perspective of these theories.
Please include a strong introduction and conclusion. An abstract is not necessary for this assignment. I will also need references, quotes and cites from scholarly authors. I've included some journal readings that were provided to me (if this helps), below. I will need the discussion to be 250 words and the response to be 50 words.
