Question 2: One of the characteristics of our system is the focus on punishment instead of rehabilitation, but of course not all modern Western countries take our approach. Here is an example from Scandinavia (Norway) of a system that focuses more on rehabilitation. Compare and contrast the Scandinavian system to ours and the Kpelle's and reflect on some of the differences.
