The 5 Dysfunctions of a Team:
reflection paper will be based on “the 5 Dyfunctions of a Team” book by Patrick Lencioni.
Paper should include the following:
– A executive summary providing a summary and key point from the book. (1page)
– Identify two leaders in the book and compare and contrast their leadership styles. Write a synthesis of their leadership styles based on knowledge you gained from the literature, textbook and discussion. (minimum of 2 references (4 pages)
– Discuss the growth of ONE of the characters chosen above. To what do you attribute his/her growth? What leadership traits encouraged this growth?
