First make sure you have done the unit reading to understand the concepts in the Cultural Web, which is one way to view a company's culture. Then search for an online article (not a book) that explains more about company culture. Research one of the following ideas: company culture and behavior change, kinds of company cultures, elements in an organizational culture, etc.
For the initial post:
In your first paragraph, summarize the main points of the article. Do not quote from the article or copy lists; summarize in your own words. End the summary paragraph with a proper APA in-text citation.
In your second paragraph, interpret the article content in relation to a situation from your own experiences. These experiences do not have to be IT-related.
At the end of the post, provide a full APA reference entry.
