Critical responses serve a slightly different purpose, and are graded accordingly:
1. Develop a clear, original response to the main argument the author is making - this can be a critique, an additional point the author didn't consider, a set of questions that the work raised for you, etc.
2. Support the response with evidence or examples that are directly relevant and convincing
3. Well organized with clear and grammatically correct prose
4. Formatted with 12 point Times New Roman font, 1" margins all around and devoid of spelling and punctuation errors
