Guy is a former employee at the Joe's used car dealership. Guy enters the dealership and demands Joe's to pay him $1000 in back wages that he‘s owed. Joe's orders Guy off the premises, and when Guy refuses to leave, tells two of his buddies to forcibly remove Guy. Guy then runs to his car, while takes $1000 worth of tools belonging to Joe's and jumps into his car and drives off. Did Guy commit any torts? what were they? Did the two buddies commit the torts of assault and/or battery with their threatening acts?
