Comment on the following as it pertains to Project and product life cycles (Project Management)
A project that has reached its ending phase has more than likely produced the planned outcome, which is a success. Although both the project life cycle and the product life cycle are similar in that they follow through sequential phases, it’s desirable to go through all phases in a project, but disadvantageous for a product to reach it’s ending phases.
