Case Study Report Assessment
You are required (as a group with two to four members) to write a report based on the Air Products and Chemicals Inc (Air Products) case study. This case study is timeless as it describes very essential elements of the Business Process Management journey undertaken by an organisation, which holds true even a decade later.
For this report, you are to critically evaluate and write about Air Products business processes, which are driven by well-formulated strategies that drive business value. In doing so, you will emphasise on its process management and technology by specifically focussing on processes, people, leadership, strategy, information technology, business value, and measurement as depicted in the case study and other relevant sources.
For the main body of the report, you are advised to incorporate the four-part structure outlined below:

- Global IT structure and role
- Enterprise design and IT tools
- Measuring and monitoring processes
Part 4: Change Management Issues
Some points to consider are:
- People issues
- Change management process
- Performance appraisal and assessment
- Learning strategy
Do the Change Management Issues Part only.
The above points are used as examples and should not limit you in your reasoning and critical analysis. However, please be mindful that you may find that all these points may not be relevant so please exercise your own discretion. Thoroughly reading the case study will enable you to identify the relevant points.
Improvements, based on any identified shortcomings, should be provided in the Conclusion section of your report.
