Coefficient of static friction needed between car tires

Estimate the minimum coefficient of static friction needed between a car's tires and the pavement in order to complete a left turn at a city street intersection at the posted straight-ahead speed limit of 26.9 mph and on narrow inner-city streets. Comment on the wisdom of attempting such a turn at that speed. (Assume that the center of the car's path travels along a circle of 30 feet in radius.)
