- Highlights the events that occurred and the individuals involved.
- Indicates whether or not accounting theory and/or regulation adequately addresses professional ethics.
- Indicates the impact the reduced number of pension benefits has on former employees
- Indicates what a standard of ethics would look like.
- Includes a draft of a standard.
