Clinical Quality Value Analysis. You identified leadership engagement and communicating a clear case for change as critical success factors. I would strongly agree. I wonder, however, how much time leaders should spend on making the case for change. I sometimes think that communication and logical discussion by itself is not enough. When a major change is on tap I suspect that a "campaign" for change might be necessary to insure staff acceptance and commitment. What successful models to implement a change have you experienced?
