a) Human factors: A real life illustration aircraft accident, there was the aircraft accident which happen in Brazil, Kentucky and these small planes dropping similar to a stone. Most of these accidents occur because of fuel starvation, misjudgment of the pilot or aircraft malfunction. The influence that this might cause is loss of lives, loss of resources, conflict, corruption and also ineffective policies.
