Forensic Pathology
A female is found dead in the prone position in a back room of her home. Her dress is pulled up and she has no undergarments on. There are no visible signs of injury but there is a glass of water on the table near the victim that appears cloudy. Discuss the steps the medical examiner must take during the external examination of the body. You do not need to discuss the evisceration process, however discuss what toxicological samples should be collected.
