This is a follow up from Assignment 1. The CTO officer has approved your business case document and they have now asked you to provide a professional report on the "Strategic Planning" aspects of the project.
Strategy Planning
In this professional business report, you must at least cover the following points adequately:
- Develop a future state of the organization;
- Articulate and identify the way to move from the current state to the future state;
- Alignment with the organisation's existing business strategies;
- Alignment with the organisation's existing business processes;
- Strategic plan / conceptual design / Business case;
- Adoption and change management;
- Risk management;
- Governance - Stakeholders Management; and
- Governance - Costing and Budget Management.
