Chris hill ran a red light while talking on his cell phone

Chris Hill ran a red light while talking on his cell phone. He crashed into a car driven by Linda Doyle, who was killed in the collision. Doyle’s estate brought suit against Sprint/ Nextel Corp., arguing that Sprint was negligent in failing to warn Hill that it was dangerous to use a cell phone while driving. Sprint moved to dismiss the case, arguing that it had no duty to noncustomer automobile drivers to warn customers of the dangers of talking on the phone while driving. Do you think the court agreed with Sprint? [Estate of Doyle v. Sprint/ Nextel Corp., 248 P. 3d 947 (Okla. Civ. App. 2010).]
