Choose TWO examples from Fredrick Douglass and Harriet Jacobs horrid slave narratives that takes into account enslavement from both the male's and female's point of view. For EACH story from each author choose a event that you find most interesting and compare and contrast these two stories to help me understand how gender may have influenced the outcomes. also leave me two questions you think would be interesting that I should maybe try to dive into a little deeper about these specific stories.
