For this assignment, choose to go to McDonalds, Wendy's, Arby's, Taco Bell or Chick-Fil-A. You don't have to order anything to eat (although many would consider that a bonus) but to watch people at the Inside counter.
What you need for this typed document.
1. The time it takes to place an order for 10 customers. (it is wise to use a stop watch here) Document each time listed as Customer 1 ~ 10 and place in a table.
2. Next, average those 10 times.
3. Document what food item took the longest to fill on the order. Was it the same type of food item?
4. How much wait time was there by the customer? How much wait time for the order filler (waiting on a particular item)
5. What did you analyze to be the biggest problem?
