Briefly describe a situation where someone is failing to achieve a goal due to a problem with your selected quality. In doing so, discuss how the lack of the quality is hurting the person’s goal pursuit and what s/he will need to do to perform better. Note: I need more than just using a concept in a sentence. “George lacks empathy, so he needs more empathy” would not be sufficient. Demonstrate your understanding of the meaning of the concept and its connection to interpersonal communication competence. This should be possible to do in 3-4 sentences.
