A description of organization
Identify triggering event that might signal a need for change.
Conduct a SWOT analysis of the organization.
Identify a plan to implement the change.
Identify three strategies to sustain the gain.
Each one of the above should be in separate headline.
Be sure to support your writing with at least four references. Your plan should be 4 pages long, well-written, and formatted according to APA standards.
