Assignment:
Choose a multimedia piece that you find interesting and would like to explore further. This piece could be a web page, a blog post, or a magazine article with text and images; a video with images and sound; or something else that includes at least two different types of media.
Then use what you have learned about format, content, context, creator, and audience to write a short analysis of what is happening in the piece and what drew you to it; include some perspective on how and why it was created.
Finally, use this piece to brainstorm something you might want to create in response. Express your ideas in a written description, a detailed ideas list, or a short media sample.
Your written analysis should be two to three paragraphs long, with one additional paragraph (or ideas list or media sample) for your creative response.
