Choose a company and research the strategic alliances it has utilized in the past, present, or future. If the company has no strategic alliances or less than three, make suggestions to total at least three strategic alliances that may be of benefit to the company. For the alliances, provide a brief explanation of them, as well as your analysis and conclusions on the benefit (s) that the alliances may hold.
