Annotated Bibliograph
Choose (1) articles from the Business Process Management (BPM) literature and write an annotation. Each annotation should be between 150 and 200 words.The annotation should provide a concise summary of the article, and a concise reflection on the relevance and potential usefulness of the article for the development of both students' knowledge in the BPM area; and students' graduate attributes towards future workplace and practice.
