Compute using SPSS the association between smoking and esophageal cancer and then by using SPSS the association between dichotomized smoking variable and esophageal cancer using SPSS.
Then using same data compute the odds ratio estimate and its 95% confidence interval by using odds ratio formula
Test the association between the esophageal cancer and dichotomized smoking (using dichotomized smoking variable).
