Operations Project
In this assignment, you will choose an organization to profile. Conduct an investigation to characterize and analyze the organization's supply chain. Pay close attention to the link to the organization's strategy, its structure, and current performance of the supply chain, and the patterns of change over time.
Final Report
You will submit a write?up 3-5 pages that describes the supply chain, analyzes performance, identifies the key issues, compares the supply chain to others in the same or other industries, and recommends strategic considerations or tactics for improvement. Report must be neat, clean, and simple. The more detail and concise your report, the better your grade will be. Do not exceed 5 pages and do not fall under 3 pages.
1. The report MUST be written in concise and fluent English.
2. A very purposive, directive and comprehensive abstract.
3. A well-written, purposive, directive and comprehensive report.
4. Appearance: double-spaced, 12 point Times New Roman front and free of typographical errors.
5. Paragraphs should be indented and no longer than 4 sentences.
6. Meets APA compliance standards (see resources in Blackboard). Properly formatted citations are a must!
7. Should contain only the following pages: a) cover page with course name, your name, college name, professor name, and submission date (1 page), b) abstract (1 page), c) body of the paper (3-5pages) and d) reference page (1 page)
8. A template has been provided. Follow this template exactly. Do not use any other headings, remove headings, etc. Follow it exactly.
