Characteristics of Investment - Venture Capitalists
Venture capitalists, will just invest in a company whether there is a reasonable chance such the company will be successful. And their publicity material states such successful investments have three general characteristics.
a) There is a good basic thought, a service or product which meets real customer needs.
b) In the right form there is finance, to turn the idea into a solid business.
c) There is the drive and commitment of group or an individual and the determination to succeed.
