1. Design an assessment/evaluation strategy & plan.
2. Explain how the plan provides evaluation across the full scope of your instructional design project and process.
3. Explain how the plan uses characteristics of criterion-referenced evaluation.
4. The design must include both formative and summative evaluation systems.
5. Include plans for both immediate and long-term evaluation of results.
6. Do not create detailed instrumentation. This is a strategic planning document.
