Assignment:
Individual Research and Analysis Paper: Characteristics of an Effective International Manager: Education, Ethics, Core Competencies and Acumen.
Students will identify, examine, analyze, and describe the education, training, ethics, core competencies, and acumen needed for successful International Management. The analysis will focus on factors contributing to the development of competencies for international management and leadership, including identification of cross-cultural skills, abilities, and strategies. This initial assignment should be 7-8 pages in length (double-spaced, standard margins and fonts), not including the cover page and reference page. A purpose statement and a conclusion are important sections of assignment.
