Challenging the court based on lack of standing

Problem: Victoria receives a data breach notification letter in the mail. It seems that her personal health information (PHI) has been compromised by the health insurer, Black Cross, No Shield. So far, she has not suffered any other negative impacts from the breach, but she decides to initiate litigation. If Victoria's suit is challenged in court based on lack of standing, most likely a court would:

1) Dismiss the suit for lack of injury in fact, assuming that the case was being heard in the 3rd Circuit.

2) Dismiss the suit for lack of redressability.

3) Dismiss the suit for lack of injury in fact, assuming that the case was being heard in the 7th Circuit.

4) Dismiss the suit for lack of causation.
