Unique challenges that non-binary, gender queer, and gender non-conforming people are faced with many issues in society. They may feel that they are forced to choose a gender that does not represent who they are. For example, most restrooms are either female or male. This may cause feelings of being forced to choose a label for themselves that they don't agree with. Many also feel socially excluded and rejected from family, churches, and people who don't agree with their gender identities. Another challenge is the work environment.
