Problem Solving Steps: Provides between 6&10 succinct and well supported steps that can be implemented. The steps follow a logical progression. The steps are realistic. The rationale for each step makes sense and is defensible according to good human resource practices.

The writing reflects thoughtful and insightful components which are presented in a scholarly manner. A conversational tone and slang language is avoided.
