Many DUI offenders have conditions set into their probation or parole that they must have devices mounted on their vehicles. As part of the conditions they must blow into these devices before they can drive their vehicles.
Should criminals that commit crimes using the Internet have those same restrictions such as not being able to use the Internet? Why or why not?
