Identify three (3) contributing factors in your assigned population. Using that data assign two (2) appropriate nursing diagnoses and provide four nursing interventions, with rationales, that the RN can implement to address the needs of the assigned population.
Then, consider the adult population, and imagine you are beginning to develop a teaching plan to address the needs of a specific individual.
How would you assess the patient's learning needs? Consider any barriers you might encounter, and identify one (1) expected outcome and two (2) interventions for this individual.
