Some people act as referees for the games. Perhaps others act as sponsors, providing money for uniforms and travel. Functions of a cell can be organized in a similar way.
I think that the cellular functions can be arranged in a similar way.
You can take the same idea and apply it to a business, to a school.
You would identify the levels of an organization and the people and their function and then compare it to the organization of a eukaryotic cell.
