Problem:
The Catholic church incorporated a lot of Native American culture into its church. They lit candles and had a bowl of sage and sweet grass, which they would use to smudge. They had this pole that they tied ribbons around, representing their prayers; that pole symbolized the Sundance ceremony. They have a tipi statue representing the tabernacle, and whoever would go on stage would bow to it before and after. In my Assemblies of God church, we don't incorporate any Native American culture. We believe that once Jesus died for our sins, the old ways no longer applied, because we were saved by grace. How does this sound? Need Assignment Help?
