Scenario:

Mr Decepticon Prime, a well known businessman in Flic en Flac, reckons 16 years of experience in hotel industry and short-term lodging accommodation for tourists.

One day, he came across a government communiqué to the consequence that the Government of Mauritius is allocating subsidies to small medium enterprises which shall engage in hotel accommodation and restaurant along the coast of Flic en Flac, as a result of high influx of tourists in the area.

On the 31 March 2012, he receives a registered letter from the Mauritius Tourism Authority to the consequence that his application has been rejected outright on basis that he was not a fit and proper person, owing to a interview given by him, in a daily weekly "Autobots Herald”, where he made critical remarks about the functioning of Mauritius Tourism Promotion Authority

Feeling aggrieved and dissatisfied by said decision, he rushes to your Chambers and retains your services in as much as he wishes to apply for Judicial Review.
