Assignment task:
1. Review the rubric to make sure you understand the criteria for earning your grade.
2. Review the survey data from the case study of an internal communication audit conducted for the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI)(PDF document).
3. Consider discussing your observations regarding the data supplied in the case study with your teammates, though this is not a requirement.
4. Submit a 2- to 3-page paper (approximately 450-600 words).
5. Include an analysis review of your data which includes the following:
- Interesting data points
- Common themes found across the data
- Questions you have before finalizing your conclusions (what other questions should have been asked)
- Drawing on your conclusions, suggest some initial steps or actions that could be taken to improve communications that you might consider developing as part of your final project.
6. No team responses or interactions are required, but it is highly recommended that you review the findings of the case study with your teammates.
