1. Identify the issues or problems within the case.

2. Associate particular course concepts to support your analysis.

3. Suggest some solutions to the problems.

If you are asked to identify solutions or make recommendations you will need to use a problem-solving process which involves:

Identify alternative courses of action available to solve the problem.

Consider the advantages and disadvantages of each course of action.

Recommend and justify a course of action.
