Client brought into the detoxification unit of a local county hospital by the police after an incident at a crowded city park. He was arrested because of his assaultive behavior toward others. He was walking through the crowded groups of snbathers muttering to himself, kicking at people. At admission to the hospital, He was disoriented, incoherent, and confused. When asked his name, he paused a moment, scratched his head and said "Bill Clinton". When asked about what he was doing at the park, he indicated that he was marching in a parade in his honor.
