case studies are about real company use most recent 10K and analyze. the external environment, strategies being taken, recommendation for strategies, quantitative analysis, recommendations/timeline. its a critical report not based on all information or past essays done. identify and provide a solution to the actual problem the company is facing. address the company competitive situation. evaluate alternatives, select a course of action, plan implementation. its one executive summary page that identify the critical issues, problem and concise presentation of your analysis and alternatives you see. recommend one course of action and support your recommendation with facts such as competitors moves. the last item is to present a plan for implementation. after one page summary you proceed with the body of your presentation 5 to 6 pages maximum no more than that. expansion of the points you have made in the executive summary. tables, charts, graphs, etc. are to put in appendix. get your thoughts across, concise, quickly to read. case is in the textbook bsg-online. read it. then formulate paper.
