Conduct a search for cases in 2016, and in Crawford County. Locate the case B.S. v. Indiana Department of Child Services. Watch the oral arguments for case.
After listening to the oral arguments, write a reflection answering the following questions:
What did you think of the proceeding?
Did you understand what was happening?
Do you think the attorneys did a good job in presenting their case?
What did you think of the questions that the judges asked?
Did anything stand out to you as you listened to the arguments?
Your reflection should be at least 2 pages typed double spaced.
