Imagine that you and your family have just moved to the Hawaiian Islands as you have accepted a new job as Director of Technology for a business there. You have choices to make about how you will educate your five children who are spread out in ages from age 7 to age 32. You have a child at each of these institutional levels: elementary, middle, high school, undergraduate, and graduate. Your choices include public schools, private schools, online virtual schools, hybrid schools that combine place based schools with online education, and homeschooling.
