• Availability: a Taxi app is a free version, and everyone can get it. Also, it is available in both in App Store and Android is better, focusing on mobile phone will make it more convenient. Moreover, people can use it whenever they want even at midnight, there will be taxi services available.

We might plan to limited introduction of the Taxi application in small geographical areas to represent intended market. After launching the free Taxi app, we can know customer's' perspective about this app, and then determine to go ahead, modify the application, modify marketing plan or some attributes. The testing process has to be happened constantly, and all processes including test attributes should be documented.
