Here is a drawing. The 4-wheeled cart is being pushed at the top of the cart so that it moves at constant velocity. The cart is moving from left to right, and the front two wheels hit the obstruction at the same time. The cart is to move at range of constant velocities from 1-6 m/sec.  The cart weighs 36 kg, acting through the center of gravity CG. The cart is to be redesigned so that no or minimal tipping-up of the back wheels occurs. The wheel base can be modified, and the CG can be moved slightly, but not below 10 cm.The weight of the cart must not exceed 45 kg.
