Carole starts a new business on Memorial Drive named Big Girl Cafe, devoted to the theme of large women who serve delicious food and drink in the fun atmosphere of the café. Carole only hires women who are substantially overweight as waitresses. One day a young red-haired, skinny man by the name of Billy Thin enters to apply for a job as a waiter. Carole politely explains to him that she only hires women with large frames because it is the theme of the restaurant. Billy sues Carole for discrimination. Who will win and why?
